Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant’s fractured ankle seems to be ready to go for the 2011 season. Over the weekend he participated in NBA star Josh Howard’s 5th annual celebrity weekend game basketball game.
Bryant played the majority of the 40 minute game never showing any signs or favoring his uninjured ankle. He was also seen throwing down dunks in pregame warm ups.
Earlier this month Bryant did mention that he was progressing very well and running routes.
“I’m working hard and I am staying focused on that,” said Bryant on June4th. “I’m running routes every day to get ready. It was 104 degrees yesterday and I was running gassers. I feel good and I’m ready to play.”
